DELIVERY TIMES
All products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
RETURN POLICY
We do not offer returns or exchanges because we build each item for our customers after the item has been order. Please review your order carefully to ensure you select the right size, color, and quantity.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty you must notify contact@youareunlimited.co within 7 days of receiving the item so we can remedy the issue either with a return, exchange or repair. Once the return label is issued the faulty item must be postmarked within 7 days of label receipt.
